D: Complete Our Approval Process
Below is the step-by-step list of DNA Services of America's Franchise Application and Approval Process. DNA Services of America takes its franchise relationships seriously to ensure both your company as well as ours is comfortable with a long-term, successful business arrangement. The process as outlined below will take approximately two (2) to four (4) weeks from receipt of the completed Application and Authorization forms (both required). At any point in the application and approval process, either DNA Services of America or Applicant may make the decision to cease the process without further obligation to the other party, and will provide formal written notice of this decision to the other.
| Step One: | Complete the online Franchise Application. Fax the signed Authorization Form to your franchise development representative as both documents are required to begin the process. |
| Step Two: | A structured telephonic interview will be conducted between the Applicant and DNA Services of America's Chief Operating Officer |
| Step Three: | Background, credit and reference checks shall be conducted on Applicant |
| Step Four: | Applicant shall be required to take an internet-based assessment test that will assess whether or not applicant meets DNA Services of America's overall qualifications. Upon completing the assessment and approval to proceed in the process, Applicant shall become a Franchise "Candidate" |
| Step Five: | Candidates shall receive a Uniform Franchise Offering Circular ("UFOC"). Upon receipt of the UFOC, Candidates must immediately sign and return the acknowledgement of receipt, found at the back of the UFOC. Candidates MUST have the UFOC in their possession for ten (10) full business days prior to signing any agreements or submitting any portion of the initial franchise fee. |
| Step Six: | Candidates will join DNASOA for Career Solution Investigation Day (CSI Day) in Houston, Texas at the Houston Service Center. (A one page summary business plan must be presented by each Candidate prior to the visit) |
| Step Seven: | A final decision shall be made by DNA Services of America on whether or not to award a franchise to the Candidate. If a franchise is offered, a Franchise Agreement will be prepared in duplicate and in final form for review by the Candidate. Candidate must have a minimum of five (5) business days to review before execution. |
| Step Eight: | A Franchise Agreement shall be executed, as well as payment of the initial franchise fee, in accordance with each state's franchise regulations. Dates will be established for DNA University and an on-site marketing orientation at the franchisee's place of business. |
